Complete Freehold Ownership
Japan is one of the few countries in Asia that allows foreign nationals to purchase and own real estate with the exact same legal rights as Japanese citizens. There are absolutely no residency requirements, no citizenship restrictions, and no time limits on property ownership.
At Grampus Star Resort, our dedicated bilingual team will guide you through every step of this seamless process in full compliance with Japanese real estate and construction regulations.
Inquiry & Consultation
Contact us to discuss your ideal lot size, location preferences (e.g., proximity to the clubhouse or fairway views), and budget. Our experts will provide tailored recommendations and current availability.
Property Viewing (In-Person or Virtual)
Schedule a visit to Grampus Star Resort to experience the environment firsthand. For overseas clients unable to travel immediately, we offer comprehensive live virtual tours of the available lots and facilities.
Application & Document Preparation
Once you select a property, you will submit a formal Letter of Intent. For foreign buyers, we will assist you in preparing a Notarized Affidavit (in lieu of a Japanese resident certificate) required for property registration.
Contract & Explanation of Important Matters
Under Japanese law, a licensed real estate broker will explain the "Important Matters" document detailing all legal aspects of the property. Following this, the Sales Contract is signed, and a deposit (usually 10-20%) is paid.
Final Settlement & Registration
The remaining balance and associated fees are transferred. Once confirmed, the property title is legally transferred and registered under your name at the Japanese Legal Affairs Bureau. You are now a proud owner of a piece of Sayo.
